Chooch Returns!

I must admit that I have only had one personal experience with a pug. I was a kid and the pug I knew was tormented by his teenage guardian which gave Pug, (yes, that was his name) a bit of a nasty disposition. We all know that one dog isn't that same as the next, but if all pugs are like Chooch rather than Pug, I want a million Chooch's. He is the most delightful dog.
Chooch doesn't care at all about the cats. That makes Annie very happy. He doesn't really care much for other dogs. He does care about spending all day with humans. I think he believes his mission is to bring joy to everyone he meets. And I can attest that he truly does that. So can the neighbors, because he visits them all, walks over to their decks and get his pets and scratches.
Chooch grunts, snorts and snores louder than I do which makes him so endearing. He thinks he is a body pillow when he jumps up in my bed at night. He doesn't really bark much, in fact I might have to wake him up if a burglar was at the door. It wouldn't matter since Chooch could hardly do anything other than to lick the burglar to death. I think he would do that as the Ghandi approach since that is more his style anyway!
This weekend Chooch hung out with my, the cats and Skyla. Chooch did what he does best. He made me laugh, brought me joy and he even got me checking the web for pug rescues. Okay, I won't likely get a pug but I sure wish I could clone Chooch or maybe find one of his relatives! thanks Nicole and Rick! It was great to have him visit again!
