Maggie And Her New Coiffure

Hard to imagine that just this November Maggie first came to visit. She was 5 months old and one big fluff ball. Playing in the leaves was lots of fun. Now a few months later, Maggie is turning into a big girl including her special hair cut. So I thought a little before and after views would be fun.

Tea Ching & Annie

What a sweet visitor Tea Ching is! This little gal arrived a couple days ago for a 9 day visit. She is full of love and personality. Without any dogs to play with after Sydney and Bella left, she has been trying to get Annie to play with her. Much as she tries, it hasn't worked. Annie is just not ready to play chase with her! In spite of that. Tea Ching just sits patiently waiting and hoping. In a day or two, Chooch, the pug, will be back. Maybe that will be a better fit for you, Tea Ching.
Meanwhile, I'll just give you and extra cuddle and tuck you into bed tonight which should make you feel happier!

Furry Friends Come in All Sizes! Sydney & Bella

I must admit that when Sydney the lab came in my door for the first time about a month ago, I began to laugh. The beauty is one of the largest dogs I have been acquainted with. She is a gentle being with no idea she is like a little pony in size. And when she curls up as she did on the couch in the photo above she looks rather compact. It was when she got up and unfurled herself and got the tail wagging her size became so apparent. It is then I begin to laugh and still do when I think of her enormity.
She came to visit along with her sister, Bella, a young yorkiepoo. They make quite a pair. Although they are a contrast of sizes, ages and breed, these two are best of friends. It was another lesson that furry friends come in a sizes and shapes with equally big hearts and happy tails!
