Princess is my newest family addition. This little gal arrived to me from A Cry For Help foster on January 6, 2010. I found her on Petfinder.com and am delighted. This tiny bundle of joy has been through the mill, and likely a backdoor breeder puppymill to be precise. We don't know much about her other than the fact that her first known stop was a shelter called A Place To Bark in Tennessee. From there she came north to the Anti Cruelty. Here she was deemed unpredictable in a cage. That got her sprung to the loving hands of Ania Religa her foster Mom and operator of Cry For Help rescue. Ania then posted Princess on Petfinder where I saw her and read the loving description written about her.
I am so thankful that she came to Ania. Ania really cares for each and every dog, cat and creature that comes her way. It was her understanding that Princess was scared and just needed good food and TLC without bars to bring her out. And that she did. Ania also reads people well and knows how to match the perfect dog to the right parent. Ania knew before I did that Princess was the perfect match. She was so right.
On my journey to find my little Princess, I have learned that not all rescues are not the same. They each have different dogs and agendas to sort through. I can attest that if you want to adopt a dog this is the rescue to deal with. Ania and her co-partner Jean know the dogs and tell it like it is. They want the perfect match and will seek to help make the right fit. My advice is to look at their website and give them a call. Your newest furry friend, cat and/or dog, waiting for you!
